You may request a return or exchange within 7 working days from the date you receive your order.
Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping within Singapore. A prepaid return label will be provided for your convenience.
How to Return

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all tags attached

Attach the prepaid return label provided by us

Drop off the parcel at your nearest post office or courier location
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags and labels must be intact

Original packaging should be included whenever possible
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
